I want to share my experience with Complet Container.

I started my search on line, and liked the fact that I could visit their yard and see the actual container that I would be purchasing. I met Logan Beck, sales manage, on site, and selected my container. Pleasant, easy transaction. I was then turned over to Brandon Hrubels, to pay for the container, and arrange for delivery. Brandon helped me process 2 separate payments via my debit card to avoid CC fees. All good.

Delivery.
I had a unique delivery situation, limited mountain lot access, that required a large crane to unload the container from CCS truck, and place on my property. It took a little bit of time for me to coordinate a crane vendor, and CCS delivery schedule for a first truck delivery. Brandon was easy to communicate with, and we confirmed a delivery date & time. It was critical to have a "first truck" delivery, to coordinate with & minimize the $$$ crane time.

Delivery Day.
I had previously confirmed with Brandon the date & time a few days ahead, just to verify. All good.
Crane showed up on time & set up. Gave CCS a call just to verify that the truck was en route.
PROBLEM, for some reason my truck got diverted to another delivery. A VERY expensive crane & operator was sitting in my driveway, with the rate clock ticking. CCS scrambled, got my container on another truck, got to my site, and we got the container unloaded. The issue being 1-1/2 hours later than planned.

Follow Up.
I am a life long construction guy, and know sh... "stuff" happens. The issue is, are you dealing with people that will take responsibility for their issues - and Make it Right, or just move on to the next customer.
I was proactively contacted by ownership, with an apology for the confusion, AND, a very reasonable offer to pay for the extended crane time. Really good people, focused on me - a one off customer, and doing business the right way!!

We have purchased three containers this year from CCS and have been pleased each time. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. We were given a delivery window of 7a-10a and the driver arrived at 7:15 which is most appreciated. I would highly recommend CCS. Thank you for being easy to do business with.

Complete Container was amazing. Logan spent time with us in the yard to ensure we got what we wanted. We didn't feel rushed. The selection was great. Brandon set up the delivery and was responsive to our questions. The delivery was amazing. Aaron met with me onsite before delivery day to determine if the the wooded location was feasible. On delivery day, the job took longer than expected to get it delivered. He was good humored, patient and fun to work with and a very skilled driver. I look forward to many years of service with this. This is a Colorado family owned business and we rent a unit from them and they have great prices and I trust this company over any storage or container company. Please check them out especially if you have a small or large company looking to use these types of containers.

These guys are AMAZING!! Not knowing of them I purchased a 20’ container elsewhere and immediately started having trouble with my load. Myself and my granddaughter in a bind with a loaded container pulled up praying for some help and advice. Everyone went above and beyond any of my expectations. This 43 y/o grandma will forever be grateful. Safe and highly blessed.

The guys (and gals although you never see them) at Complete are always hustling to get you in and out without delay (which is greatly appreciated by all us truck drivers). They make the process quick and easy. It's always a pleasure doing business with them.

Driver perspective: fast service and friendly employees. Yes there is times when they get busy, but rarely make any mistakes

Top tier experience. We recently purchased two high 40's from Complete Container Services and couldn't be happier with our purchase. We'd searched online for a few weeks and seemed to find many scams so were a bit nervous about handing someone a big check and hoping the delivery would happen. No need to be- the containers arrived we chose on time- they were delivered even as a large fire burned near us- and we were able to immediately protect some of our ranch equipment. The delivery driver was a great guy, kind and patient making sure they were exactly where we wanted them before he off-loaded. Superb experience from start to finish with this company.
