Do you ever make a donation and wonder what happens with it?  Have I made a difference?  Is there more I can do?

The Denver Rescue Mission (DRM) is near and dear to our hearts.  The work the mission does is incredible.  It is wonderful to be able to hear real life stories of people that have been helped.  Their work changes lives and we are excited to be even a small part of that! 

There are a lot of folks that need immediate help.  They are hungry and lacking a place to stay.  The DRM is there for them right away with meals and shelter.  Beyond that, though, a lot of these people are in the midst of hopelessness and while a meal and a place to lay their head means a lot, the bigger picture is one where they need the tools to realize sustainable changes that can set them on a better path.

The DRM is there to help rehabilitate those that need it most, helping them with counseling, attaining employment, and often beating addiction.  Their focus includes helping people know that no matter what their situation, God loves them and sent Jesus for them!
